Client

TIP

Set w33b.cloud as your homeserver in your client of choice.

There are many Matrix clients to choose from – you can find a complete list on the official Matrix ecosystem page: https://matrix.org/ecosystem/clients/.

Element is the most widely‑used Matrix client and ships with all core features.
We host a self‑managed web instance that you can use straight away:

Register

DANGER

Due to the high amount of throwaway accounts being created public registration has been disabled. If you want to join, please write me an application (see below).

Create an account on Element Web, Element Desktop or Cinny.

Simply open your chosen client, select Create account, pick a username and password, and enter a valid email address for password recovery.

You’ll receive a confirmation link in the e‑mail sent to the address you provided. Once confirmed, you’re ready to chat on w33b.cloud!

Applications

If you want to join the w33b.cloud matrix homeserver, you can apply for it by contacting me.

For that please answer the following questions:

Backup

Back up your encryption keys with your account data in case you lose access to your sessions, for this go into Settings -> Security & Privacy and make a Backup from your encryption keys.
